Where are you from?
San Diego, California.
What did you study in college and how did you choose a major?
My undergraduate major was political science at the University of California at Berkeley (Go Bears!). My first two years, I took as many General Education courses as I could from various departments before making a final choice. During my first political science course, I realized I had a passion for learning about people, government, and the dynamic exchange happening between both parties. I declared my major shortly thereafter.
What was your favorite class as a ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç graduate student?
It has to be my family systems course, where I learned how huge a role family structure and dynamics plays in one’s life.
What's unique about the ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç transfer experience?

What advice would you give to someone looking for their perfect college?
Reflect and make a list of what you really want to get out of college in addition to academics. Don’t forget to dream big and have high expectations! This will help you figure out which of your choices will best offer you the resources you’re looking for. Once you’ve narrowed down your top three choices, visit each of the campuses and get reviews from current students and/or alumni about their experience. Other than that, I would encourage you to pick the choice that scares you a little. This probably means attending this school will be outside your comfort zone and challenge you. Being challenged equals growth, which equals developing your character.
