Dr. Son Chae Kim returned to ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç (¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç) in August of 2019. Prior to that, she taught at Texas State University and was also at ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç from 2005-2013.  As an author and original developer of the Aggressive Behavior Risk Assessment Tool (ABRAT), she has conducted a number of research studies related to identifying potentially violent patients in both acute care hospitals and long-term care homes in the U.S. and in Canada.  She is also an author of the Kim Alliance Scale (KAS) that measures the quality of the patient-provider relationship.  Currently, she teaches classes in the DNP program. As a Christian educator, she is grateful for the opportunity to teach at ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç. In her spare time, she loves to work in the garden.
