Chapel Continues to Air Live Virtually

Staff Chapel

With the rapid changes caused from COVID-19, chapel will be held virtually for the rest of the spring semester. Below you can see how to access chapel online and what you can expect to experience each given day.

Mondays

Curated — Resources for Spiritual Formation

With the intention to pause and reflect on a variety of curated works by different authors, composers, artists, etc. Monday chapels seek to offer the ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç community resources for spiritual formation. Chapel can be live-streamed simultaneously on the ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç Chapel YouTube channel or on Instagram.

Wednesdays

Chapel at Home

Recognizing the reality of life these days, on Wednesday mornings all will have the opportunity to join in via Instagram Live (@¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾çchapel) to hear from ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç Campus Pastors as they share short devotionals. (Please note: To participate in Instagram Live you must watch it via the Instagram app, desktop browsers do not support Instagram Live streaming.)

Fridays

God is With Us — An Invitation to Reflection

As a much-needed reminder of God’s ongoing presence with us at this time, Friday morning chapels will consist of an interactive video series that invites us to pray and reflect on the promise that God is Immanuel — God with us. Chapel will be live-streamed simultaneously to YouTube and Instagram.

Tune in to the new account to listen to the curated songs that we have been singing together in chapel and playlists by your favorite worship arts interns.

¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç remains a community that seeks to love and care for one another. If you would like to submit a prayer request for yourself or on behalf of another, we encourage you to click the button below.

As a continued effort in our care, we remind all undergraduate students that all chapel attendance credits are waived for this semester. Although a small detail, we hope this alleviates one more concern in the midst of the larger picture. We are here for you, and should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us at chapel@pointloma.edu.
