Program Overview

Are you the analytical type, fascinated by the world around you? Do you enjoy puzzles or challenges and have the ability to make connections between ideas and concepts? If so, an economics minor could be the right fit for you.

An Economics minor from ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç will help you learn how to gather, organize, and interpret data using successful and effective methodology. However, analyzing problems is only half of the equation. Introductory classes in microeconomics and macroeconomics will focus on theories, economic problem-solving, and real-world application. Advanced courses will engage you in specialized and relevant topics around economic development, money and banking, international economics, and more. You will also gain key communication skills along the way as you work to propose solutions and present your findings to your classmates, faculty, and business professionals.
